Data accuracy

Ingredient data is sourced from FDA openFDA and NIH DailyMed. This data may be incomplete, out of date, or differ from the product you have in hand. Manufacturers reformulate products without notice. Always read the physical label of any medication before use.

Trigger associations in the curated ingredient database are based on published research and patient community reports. They represent documented associations, not confirmed causation, and individual reactions vary widely.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. TolRx is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, data retention, or continued availability of the service. Export your data regularly if it is important to you.

If you invite a caregiver or generate a shareable link, you are responsible for who you grant access to and for revoking that access when it is no longer needed. People you share a profile with can view, and if you allow it edit, the data on that profile.

Accounts are currently created by invitation only. Do not share invite codes with anyone you would not vouch for, and do not use TolRx to store data about another person without their knowledge.

Limitation of liability

TolRx is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of TolRx are not liable for any harm arising from reliance on information provided by this service.

Changes to these terms
